- Order Processing: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Carrier: We ship via USPS or a comparable standard courier service.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after shipment.
- Shipping Cost: Always free — no hidden fees or handling charges.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holiday schedules.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link for easy monitoring.
4. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
- Contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
- While we are not liable for carrier delays or losses, we will work with you to help resolve any delivery concerns.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
