1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, in resalable condition
- Include the original packaging and all components
Please note: Customized or digital design products are non-returnable once delivered or downloaded.
3. Return Process
Before returning an item, please email support@aikaki.com for authorization and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
